Returns

Before returning your item, please contact us by email so we can provide you with the return instructions and the correct return address.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

Where possible, items should be returned unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different colour or style, please return your item and place a new order.

Complaints

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incomplete, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

To help us process your request as quickly as possible, please include a brief description of the issue along with clear photographs of the product. We will carefully review your claim and work with you to find the best possible solution.

If your claim is confirmed, we will of course cover the return shipping costs and arrange an appropriate solution.
